Dr. Fallang is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Medicine. He completed his surgical internship at the University of California, San Diego, and his surgical residency at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Dr. Fallang is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). His professional memberships include:
